GSoC'23 Week 13 Summary

Hello all,

The tasks I've completed in the 13th week of the coding period are:

• Initial work on supporting kuksa-client version 0.4.0
• Subscribe to CAN & VSS signals for registering changes made on target.
• Refactored the toggle inputs as animated switches.

What I plan to do next:

• Add tooltips & support for notifications. 
• Revisit the script for the IC page.
• Refactor the code wherever necessary & clean up unused assets.  
• Submit new patch set on Gerrit for review.
