AGL testing run for master branch

Hello everyone,

No regressions

Audio works locally and over bluetooth

Wifi, bluetooth and ethernet are working

Navigation, Dashboard, Radio and HVAC apps are also working

Known issues: 

SPEC-4418 - raspberrypi4 missing HDMI audio sink in wireplumber

SPEC-4515 - Album art not displaying on platforms other than rcar3

SPEC-4694 - No audio output from onboard radio on h3ulcb-kf

Additional test runs were done both with the flutter and html5(on RCar) images:

Flutter:  Mediaplayer HVAC and Dashboard apps are working

HTML5: Examples, Youtube and Jitsi apps are starting; 

HTML5 images have patches pending and will have another test run next week
