AGL testing run for Octopus 15.0.0

Overall summary - no new regressions

Audio works locally and over bluetooth

Wifi, bluetooth and ethernet are working

Navigation, Radio, Dashboard and HVAC apps are also working

Known issues: 

SPEC-4418 - raspberrypi4 missing HDMI audio sink in wireplumber

SPEC-4515 - Album art not displaying on platforms other than rcar3

Additional test run was done with the flutter images,

Flutter HVAC and Dashboard apps are working
