A build of Nifty Needlefish 14.0.3 is available for testing

A new build is available for testing at

https://download.automotivelinux.org/AGL/upload/ci/needlefish/14.0.3/

The corresponding sources are tagged and available with:

repo init -b needlefish -m needlefish_14.0.3.xml -u https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/AGL/AGL-repo
