AGL testing run for Octopus M1

Hello everyone,

Audio works locally and over bluetooth

Wifi, bluetooth and ethernet are working

Navigation, Dashboard and HVAC apps are also working

Known issues: 

SPEC-4418 - raspberrypi4 missing HDMI audio sink in wireplumber

SPEC-4515 - Album art not displaying on platforms other than rcar3

Additional test run was done with agl-ivi-demo-platform-flutter images:

Flutter Mediaplayer, HVAC and Dashboard apps are working

SPEC-4628 - mpd may fail to generate a playlist on flutter image - mpd is working but on opening either of the mediaplayer apps no playlist is shown. mpd can be controlled locally via mpc or remotely(e.g. ncmpc) and rescan and update the playlist.
