AGL testing run for Needlefish M3

Audio works locally and over bluetooth
Wifi, bluetooth* and ethernet are working

Known issues:
SPEC-4418 - raspberrypi4 missing HDMI audio sink in wireplumber

* SPEC-4480 - CSR USB BT 4.0 dongles (0a12:0001) unable to pair

(Note this seems dependent on adapter brand, some 0a12:0001 ID adapters
