AGL testing run for Needlefish M1

Audio works locally and over bluetooth

Wifi, bluetooth* and ethernet are working

Known issues:

SPEC-4418 - raspberrypi4 missing HDMI audio sink in wireplumber

New issues: 

* SPEC-4480 - CSR USB BT 4.0 dongles (0a12:0001) unable to pair
