A patch release (v13.0.1) has been made to Magic Marlin and is now
available on the 'marlin' branch.
Main updates to previous release
* Update Yocto Project to 3.1.16
Known issues
* Mixer not available (SPEC-4232 - Mixer rework)
* Capabilities vary as applications are refactored
* no HTML5 build in release artifacts due to SPEC-4411
Everyone using the Magic Marlin release should update to this release.
