Proposed feature cleanup (SPEC-4407)

Hi all!

As we discussed a bit on the last couple of dev calls, there are     
some features that have combinations of the following issues:

not buildable after the upgrade to Yocto Project 4.0 / kirkstone in master
not obviously used by anyone in the community
not easily tested by anyone active in the community

So to reduce our maintenance burden, I propose to remove the following
feature templates:

agl-voiceagent-alexa   (deprecated upstream!)
agl-voiceagent-alexa-wakeword  (deprecated upstream!)
agl-ros2 (upstream maintenance status unclear atm - speak up and contribute)
agl-gplv2 (upstream maintenance status unclear - speak up and contribute)

We'll wait for feedback a a few weeks but will act before the next Milestone 1 
release.
