Re: Kirkstone html5 build failing

Hi,

Chromium was not adapted to the changes in kirkstone when AGL build was
updated to use it.

You will need this review chain:

It includes the port to m91 to match what is present right now on
marlin. But also some stuff that is specific to moving to kirkstone:
* Work with a more recent nodejs. I took the opportunity to update all
the NPM dependencies to a more recent baseline.
* python2 and pkgconfig dependencies explicitely.
* Updates of the recipe append rules to match kirkstone expected
format.

Basically, when those commits are landed, you should be able to run the
HTML5 image again in qemux86-64.
