Lucky Lamprey v12.1.2 patch release

Hi all !

A patch release (v12.1.2) has been made to Lucky Lamprey and is now
available on the 'lamprey' branch.

Everyone using the Lamprey release should update to this release.

Main updates:
 * Update to Renesas R-Car BSP v5.9 with Kernel 5.10
 * Uprev to YP 'dunfell' 3.1.15
