Possible Problem with "Creating a new service" documentation

Hello,

Tring to follow:

My cmake fails  (see step 6)

I am using this pre-built sdk:

• ARM 32 bit : qemuarm

Here is the Error:

  No project() command is present.  The top-level CMakeLists.txt file must
  contain a literal, direct call to the project() command.  Add a line of
  code such as

    project(ProjectName) ...

I hope this is the correct forum for this kind of issue.
