Please use one of the supported distros/versions as per:
21.10 is not on that list (yet?).
Please use e.g. 20.04.
This can also be a chroot environment.

It seems that there are other dependencies, which are not described in
https://docs.automotivelinux.org/en/master/#0_Getting_Started/2_Building_AGL_Image/1_Preparing_Your_Build_Host/.
Can anyone help me to solve this problem?
