Weston/Wayland

Marius:

- SPEC-4009 (WAM - Support multiple client surfaces for the client shell) - most comments addressed. Started testing them out. No progress for the time being on SPEC-4000 (Investigate API/methods of retrieval page status/load status). 

Application Framework

Arnaud:

- Improve systemd user session

- launcher: improve .desktop files parsing and application startup

Pipewire

Julian:

- Refactored si-audio-endpoint module to internally use a si-audio-adapter, and so avoid code duplication

- Fixed an issue with endpoints not working with applications that use the gstreamer pulsesink element
