GSoC weekly update: Week 10

Week-10: Upstreaming some initial code changeset.

Summary:
- Sent the changeset related to Jailhouse cell configurations to the
AGL-gerrit and also received some reviews on improving it.
- Sent the mail to the jailhouse-community regarding the jailhouse
non-root linux issue, hopefully it will get resolved soon.
- Setup for QEmulating the `jailhouse-images` in my local machine is
not working properly after upgrading its kernel to 5.14-rc2 which
contains the IVSHMEM-block and IVSHMEM-console code. It worked
perfectly until a few boots. Working on it to get it resolved.
- Researched about the IVSHMEM-2 specifications and also about the
initial driver code.
