Week 9: Some progress with Jailhouse Non-Root Linux cell and local
working setup.

Summary:
- Jailhouse non-root cell configuration is now working with the
QEmulated setup, but there are some UART redirection issues.
- Local setup with `jailhouse-images` is now updated to the
`queues/jailhouse` branch of Kernel which is now at 5.14-rc2.
- Local `jailhouse-images` setup can now be used for the IVSHMEM-demo,
as the `queues/jailhouse` kernel has support for
`virtio-ivshmem-block` and `virtio-ivshmem-console`.
- AGL QEmulated setup also updated to the 5.14-rc2 Kernel.
- Will soon send the patches for updated Jailhouse cell configurations.
