JIRA: request for creating a new hardware platform for RefHW

Walt, Jan-Simon,

Could you create a new hw platform entry to target Reference
Hardware in JIRA issues?

Typically, the platform "Renesas H3" means "h3ulcb board" and it's not always
clear on which real board the issue occurs. Same applies to all variants
"Renesas H3 + KF", "Renesas M3", ...

For example: https://jira.automotivelinux.org/browse/SPEC-3916

Adding a new entry "Reference HW XXXX" solves the problem (XXXX being a board
variant, for example "H3" at the moment, next entries could be "Reference HW i.MX8")

When created, I think that some of the current issues targetting Renesas could
be reassigned to this new platform (see list [1])
