Comprehensive GSoC Weekly Update: Week 4

Summary :
- Added support for YDLIDAR in the meta-ros2-foxy layer by writing
recipes for YDLidar-SDK and ydlidar_ros2_driver.
- Correspondingly built master/x86: meta-ros + agl-image-weston with
YDLIDAR support.
- Subsequently run master/x86: meta-ros + agl-image-weston with YDLIDAR support.
- Correspondingly built master/raspberrypi4: meta-ros +
agl-image-weston with YDLIDAR support.
- Subsequently run master/raspberrypi4: meta-ros + agl-image-weston
with YDLIDAR support.
