Obtaining R-Car Boards

Hello, Group,
Our organization has a quick inquiry. We have searched all over the 'National - i.e., U.S.' landscape and it appears that the R-Car boards are only available from the two sources mentioned in the elinux site. These sites are Shimafuji Electric (Worldwide) and Murutsu (Japan-only).
We have had good luck communicating with Shimafuji, but our organization uses purchase orders as opposed to 'wired transfers'.
  •  Has anyone found a US source for these R-car boards ?
  • Has anyone found a source - foreign or domestic - which will accept credit cards
  • Any other ideas ???
