Kooky Koi M3.1 (v10.93.1) release

Hi !


A Milestone 3.1 (v10.93.1) has been released to the upcoming Kooky Koi
version of AGL and is now available on the 'koi' branch.

The main difference to Milestone 3 are fixes for the webapps.

Known issues:
Some boards do see freezes when switching between webapps.
Use Virtualbox and the vmdk and set it up as shown on
docs.automotivelinux.org  as it known to work there if you want to try
the 'agl-demo-platform-html5' image..
