Kooky Koi M3 (v10.93.0) release

Hi all !

A Milestone 3 (v10.93.0) has been released to the upcoming Kooky Koi
version of AGL and is now available on the 'koi' branch.

With M3 we also did branch Kooky Koi and created the 'koi' branches.

Changes should be submitted to master and cherry-picked as applicable
to the 'koi' branch going forward.
