Thank you for your kind reply. I tried by making my virtual box uses ICH9 controller from PIIX3.
Unfortunately result is same and getting stuck with the progress bar attached as shown in the image.
I also tried many images prebuilt one and the results were same.
Actually i did build setup using Ubuntu 20 was getting some unexpected errors at each steps so planning to setup using 16.04LTS which is be tested.
I dont know what i am missing to boot the prebuilt image!!! I also tried Qemu and its same...
