[agl-dev-community] AGL UCB Jumping Jellyfish RC4 v9.99.4 Release Candidate available

Hi !

The Release Candidate 4 of Jumping Jellyfish
is now available on the master branch in git
as tag jellyfish_9.99.4 and here [0].

Release notes, information on downloading the source code,
prebuilt binaries, or setting up git can be found at [1].

Notable changes:
- Update to YP 3.1.x LTS 'dunfell'
- new WindowManager 'agl-compositor'
- reworked autobuild scripts (update in services/apps required)
- i.MX8 support (community)
- Updated BSPs
