[agl-dev-community] Installing AGL SDK -404 not found

So I am trying to install the XDS and I am following the docs. 
I am through with the server part and the client part of the steps , both are working .
After this, I had a problem in the AGL SDK  part-
#I listed the available sdks using this
$ xds-cli sdks ls -a

$xds-cli sdks install 59a1301d

I searched for Halibut but couldnt find any for raspi 4  arch , so I tried installing for  raspi3 and qemux86-64 which both gave those respective errors.
