Hi Parth,

Thanks a lot for your reply. I found out that their is some problem with my display device . I connected raspberry pi 4 device to TV and display is coming up with latest released image.

It totally depends on how you're connecting to the display device. For starters, what display are you using ?
Maybe send a picture of your setup.
