[agl-dev-community] Gerrit/Git and Jira not reachable

Hi all,

Since this morning, we're unable to reach the servers from Europe: access is
very slow, http errors 502 (bad gateway) occur regularly.

Are we the only ones to observe this?

And more generally, even when they work, gerrit and jira services are very slow.

Thanks for any urgent action to correct those issues.
