have you try to reload the key?

sudo bash -c "cat >> /etc/apt/sources.list.d/AGL.list <<EOF

deb http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/isv:/LinuxAutomotive:/AGL_${REVISION}/${DISTRO}/ ./
EOF"
sudo apt-get update

I am seeing this error for quite a while now when I update my debian
system. Looks like the key has expired. Who is maintaining this repository?
