Respin: build of Happy Halibut (8.0.0) available for testing

The respin for Happy Halibut v8.0.0 is now available for testing under:

https://download.automotivelinux.org/AGL/upload/ci/guppy/8.0.0/  


The corresponding sources are tagged and available with:  

repo init -b halibut -m halibut_8.0.0.xml -u https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/AGL/AGL-repo.git
