The Release Candidate 3 of Happy Halibut
is now available on the master branch in git
as tag halibut_7.99.3 and here [0].
Master is now open for 8.0.0 commits.
Please upload any changes to gerrit until this thursday.
Release notes, information on downloading the source code,
prebuilt binaries, or setting up git can be found at [1].
Notable changes:
- switch to weston 6.0 (in preparation of WM/HS evolution)
- switch to pipewire as audio system
Known issues with HH rc3:
- Changes in audio config files for PipeWire per board required as documented by George.
