I think I have found a way to fix this issue without having to rewrite the root file system.
So far, if the problem occurs, the root file system is solved by a new method.
However, this issue has been reoccurring and I have checked that the afm-user-daemon service is down.
After reinstalling the afm-user-daemon service through the following command, we confirmed that the issue is resolved ( application framework works again :D )
$ systemctl enable /etc/systemd/user/default.target.wants/afm-user-daemon.service
