I don't have the details of AGL on Xen, but there is a guide to run AGL as UOS on ACRN, in case you're interested. ACRN is similar to Xen but lighter. And in ACRN, UOS is similar to DomU in Xen.

I just found out EPAM has done it (kudos), but wondering if them or anyone else can share some implementation/configuration steps?
