[FIX] Renesas Rcar (M3/H3) graphic bug fixed

Dear all AGL community,

As you may know, a graphic issue was persisting on the master branch of AGL for the Renesas Rcar boards (M3 and H3). I'm pleased to let you know that it has been hot fixed.

To obtain a successful build of "m3ulcb" or "h3ulcb" machines, you will have to download the new Renesas graphics packages before setting up your AGL build environment (in addition to the v3.15 ones).
