AGL Grumpy Guppy RC2 v6.99.2 Release Candidate Available

The Release Candidate 2 of Grumpy Guppy is now available 
on the master branch in git as tag guppy_6.99.2 and here [0].

Release notes, information on downloading the source code, 
prebuilt binaries, or setting up git can be found at [1]. 

The goal of the RC2 is to freeze the BSPs and close the tree for new 
features - from now on, only bugfixes towards RC3 are allowed.
For more information see the RC schedule under [2]

New Features included in the Grumpy Guppy  release candidate 
will be collected in the wiki [1].
The closed jira issues are available under [3].

For upcoming releases candidates any "must-fix" bug needs to be tagged with the 
"GG-must-fix" label in Jira.
