I successfully test terminate application using AGL App F/W.
I used API call like bellow.
afm_user_daemon_proxy->terminate(QString::number(appPs));

Hi Josh,
the proxy is generated based on the file [1].
This generation should add the method "terminate" that, for EE, accepts
the id returned by "start".
