Funky Flounder RC4 prerelease build availabe

A new build for Funky Flounder RC4 (v5.99.4)
is now available for testing under:

https://download.automotivelinux.org/AGL/upload/ci/flounder/5.99.4/

The corresponding sources are tagged and available with:

repo init -b master -m flounder_5.99.4.xml -u 
https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/AGL/AGL-repo.git
