patches submitted for debian

We had a long discussion in debian bug#675798,
when we pushed 5.0.6 (+fixes), about nfsv4,
contacting portmapper and other related topics.

The bugreported ended up creating 2 patches which
appears to be quite good, but are already sort of
expired due to small fixes in these areas.

I'm talking about this:

http://bugs.debian.org/675798#84

and the following patches:

http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?msg=84;filename=0001-mount_nfs.so-honor-explicit-NFSv4-requests.patch;att=1;bug=675798
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?msg=94;filename=0002-mount_nfs.so-fix-port-0-option-behavior-v3.patch;att=1;bug=675798
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?msg=84;filename=0003-documentation-fix-some-typos-and-misleading-comments.patch;att=3;bug=675798

I'm planning to review these myself (I was at
vacation when these arrived, and I had no 'net
access there).

Ian, can you take a look please, how relevant these
are today? The work Jamie Heilman did definitely
deserves at least some attention ;)

Thanks,

/mjt
