FYI, 5260 is in the U-NII-2A band, which has quite a lot more restrictions. Specifically, DFS (Dynamic Frequency Selection) is required for the US and many other countries require TPC (Transmit Power Control): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_WLAN_channels ^^^ The above shouldn't be taken as what is actually legal (as that is rather complex), but can be helpful as a reference.
