It looks like the magic number here is wrong. Try changing these lines in lib/format/ataraid/sil.h:

#define SIL_MAGIC       0x3000000
#define SIL_MAGIC_OK(sil)       ((sil->magic & 0x3ffffff) == SIL_MAGIC)

To:

#define SIL_MAGIC       0x2f004000
#define SIL_MAGIC_OK(sil)       (sil->magic == SIL_MAGIC)
