Depends on what type of RAID array it is and whether the disks are
exactly the same size.

My RAID1 arrays created on a HPT374, for instance, have their metadata
located at a fixed sector count from the *end* of the disk.  Thus if
you 'dd' to a bigger disk, the controller probably won't find the
arrays.

RAID0 on HPT374 should be OK, I think.
