180GB drive problem

All,

I am using Fedora core 1 as os and on board Fasttrak PDC20267 as RAID
controller. It works fine with upto 80GB disks(I am using RAID1), but when I
try to make an array with two 160GB disks the pdcraid module is not being
loaded.
The array is being created from RAID BIOS level (using ctrl+F).
Here is some output-

[root@~ root]# insmod pdcraid
Using /lib/modules/2.4.22-1.2115.nptlsmp/kernel/drivers/ide/raid/pdcraid.o
/lib/modules/2.4.22-1.2115.nptlsmp/kernel/drivers/ide/raid/pdcraid.o:
init_module: No such device
Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters, including
invalid IO or IRQ parameters.
You may find more information in syslog or the output from dmesg

[root@~ root]# dmesg | less
Promise Fasttrak(tm) Softwareraid driver 0.03beta: No raid array found

Any clue?

Thanks in advance

-Nabendu
