It shows, however, that the driver should work. Could it be that my BIOS version is too old (1.0.9b)? I'm afraid of losing my array if I flash the controller. I'm aware that the HPT controller is not a good one, but I need raid on windows and linux (satellite images are huge). Therefore, software raid is not an option. Thanks Jeroen.
