And what is more strange is that, as I said, using kernel 2.4.20 with my previous HD setup, ie, using another HD at hda to boot my system (with root=/dev/hda3 set in lilo) I remember to get softwareraid for promise initializantion message, although it reported a "no array found" and my array was activated..
