sorry for my very late and thank your for your very fast answer. i used the new MAKEDEV and i have access now :)
i have another question.
insmod ataraid.o
ataraid.o: init_module: Operation not permitted
Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters, including invalid IO or IRQ parameters
But it seems to work well.
