e2fsck crashes... tracked down to bad DIMM

Thanks for the reply, Arjan -- and I'm sorry to waste your time on something that turned out to be a h/w problem...

Of all the memory I've bought over the years, I think that was the first one to die on me... at lest memory is cheap :)
