before I want to switch from the additional Promise controller and the kernel 2.2.16 to the built-in Highpoint controller I have still some questions:
1. If I would switch now to the newest kernel/patchlevel would there are possible problems with new driver versions in the future?
2. The structure of the raid-array seems to differ between Windows and Linux. How should I create partititions with Linux or with Windows?
