Hi,
You need to provide more info about your setup.
There are two SS7 options for Asterisk (chan_ss7 and lib_ss7) with several versions each, so you need to tell us which version of Asterisk and SS7 are in use, plus your config.

From your log, my guess is that you are using lib_ss7, but please note that it's proper functioning depends heavily on timers and they need to be explicitly defined (there is an example config ss7.timers in asterisk's samples, which you may simply #include in chan_dahdi.conf ) for each and every linkset

Hey Guys,

First of all, I am very new to Asterisk but a friend and myself are trying to setup a connection to my local telco. We are running Asterisk with SS7 support, We managed to get the SS7 Linkset up with the telco but its not staying up, its does stay up for awhile then constantly starts disconnecting and reconnecting. We exchanged settings with the with the telco and both sides seems to be configured correctly (the linkset does come up) but the reason for the for the disconnecting we do get. Can you offer up any ideas?... I will post the log below. Thanks in advance.
