Manipulate MWI with SS7

IS-41 is similar to MAP which requires TCAP layer of the SS7 protocol. High
layers like MAP, TCAP, etc is not supported by LibSS7.
You can try YATE which is currently supporting full SS7 stack. But then
again you have to heavily modify it to adapt IS-41 messages.
