Have you configured some destination for incoming calls in your dialplan?
could be something like this:

you may change SIP/1000 for the technology/extension you need to redirect
the incoming call.
this will redirect All incoming calls to extension 1000


[from-ss7]
exten -> _X.,1,Dial(SIP/1000)
exten -> _X.,1,Hangup
