Asterisk + libss7 with BT in the UK

You should try looking at the libss7 branch from atilla, it exposes
alot more timers

alternatively, you can try one of the patches from

https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/SS7-27

to get the same timers in the latest version of libss7
