Variable if call is national or not

If you set the
calling ss7_calling_nai=dynamic

in dahdi.conf then you can easily tell the NAI by prefix analysis

libss7 will prefix the number with ss7_subscriberprefix
ss7_nationalprefix or ss7_internationalprefix  depending on the nai
